The 10th BRICS Foundry Industry High-level Forum was held in Yekaterinburg
On November 12, 2024, the 10th BRICS Foundry Industry High-level Forum was held in Yekaterinburg, Russia. Heads of foundry industry organizations from BRICS countries and a considerable number of heavyweight guests gathered together to exchange and discuss the recent dynamics of the foundry industry in BRICS countries and the admission of new BRICS countries.
Since its establishment in September 2010, the "BRICS Foundry Industry High-level Forum" has provided a more stable, convenient, efficient and pragmatic platform for exchanges and interactions between the foundry industries of BRICS countries. The exchanges and cooperation between BRICS foundry organizations have a long history and rich connotations, and the multi-dimensional and full-field interaction mechanism is also continuously consolidated. On October 23, 2024, Chinese President Xi Jinping, at the invitation of Russian President Putin, attended the 16th BRICS Leaders' Meeting in Kazan, and discussed with all parties to promote strategic cooperation and practical cooperation in various fields, and draw a new blueprint for the "Greater BRICS Cooperation". The 10th BRICS Foundry Industry High-level Forum held under this background is of great significance for building consensus and drawing a beautiful vision.
