The world's first full-size integrated body die-casting successfully rolled off the production line
On August 7, 2024, the world's first full-size integrated body die-casting rolled off the production line ceremony was grandly held at the die-casting machine production base of Lijin Group (Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area). This move also means that the 10,000-ton double-shot integral chassis technology has entered the mass production stage.
One of the highlights of this technology is its double-shot process. Compared with traditional processes, the double-shot molding integrated 10,000-ton die-casting system has a higher dynamic injection force of 2400kN, and the filling time is shortened to 40ms, which is much lower than the current industry's 80ms. At the same time, the casting area has also achieved a substantial increase of 45%, far exceeding the level of competing products.
