"High-temperature alloy overall liquid precision molding technology" won the second prize of the National Technological Invention Award
On June 24, 2024, the National Science and Technology Conference, the National Science and Technology Awards Conference, and the Academicians' Conference of the Two Academies were held in Beijing. The project "High-temperature alloy overall liquid precision molding technology" participated in by Jiangsu Zhongchao Hangyu Precision Casting Technology Co., Ltd., led by Shanghai Jiaotong University, won the second prize of the National Technological Invention Award in 2023.
Facing the needs of major aerospace projects, Jiangsu Precision Casting has carried out research and development and industrialization of precision molding technology for large-scale complex thin-walled high-temperature alloy components, and has overcome the three major problems of one-time overall precision molding of over-limit components, dimensional accuracy control and metallurgical quality control. The research results have been successfully used in the manufacturing of key components in the field of high-tech.
