ZYD company is equipped with advanced casting production lines, including 3 Tokyu automatic clay sand molding lines (specifications are 610mm×530mm, 600mm×700mm and 800mm×900mm), resin sand molding lines, coated shell production lines, as well as automatic wax shooting machine, medium frequency induction furnace and vacuum heat treatment equipment and a full set of production facilities.

The company focuses on the development and manufacturing of multi-metal materials, and the products cover:

Cast iron: gray cast iron, alloy gray cast iron, ductile cast iron (including Aube ductile iron ADI/CADI)

Special alloy: Heat resistant alloy, silicon solution strengthened ductile iron

Steel products: stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel

Light metal: Cast aluminum parts
