National Technical Standard Innovation Base (Intelligent Casting) established in Ningxia
On March 4, 2024, the National Standardization Administration approved the establishment of the National Technical Standard Innovation Base (Intelligent Casting) in Ningxia, becoming the first innovation base established in the Northwest region and the only intelligent casting technology standard innovation base in the country.
The innovation base focuses on promoting the interaction between scientific and technological innovation and standards, focusing on solving major standardization problems, and focusing on standards to support major national strategic needs, forming a "1+1+2" work effect. A set of standard systems for the entire industry of intelligent casting, green casting, and casting 3D printing has been constructed, a batch of high-quality standards have been formulated, and 95 standards of various types have been led and participated in the development, including 15 national standards, 7 industry standards, 3 landmark standards, and 70 group standards; two platforms for standardization work and learning have been built to realize the "Internet + Standard" work and learning methods, and the "1+3" standard demonstration application promotion centers have been created in Yinchuan, Ningxia, Weifang, Shandong, Wuhu, Anhui, and Huizhou, Guangdong. They have been promoted and applied in more than 80 intelligent casting companies, with a cumulative revenue of 150 million yuan, forming a "standard + demonstration + promotion" achievement transformation and sharing model.
